AstSer Integrated Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using Conf.Me,
you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Use of Service

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or have institutional supervision).
  • Provide accurate account information.
  • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, security risks,
or unpaid invoices.

2. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account confidentiality.
  • Managing user access.
  • All activity under your account.

We are not liable for unauthorized access if caused by your negligence.

3. Subscription & Billing

Conf.Me operates under a subscription model. This may include plans based on:

  • Users
  • Rooms
  • Servers

Payment is billed in advance, and subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled.
Applicable taxes may be charged depending on your jurisdiction. You may cancel anytime
from your account dashboard.

4. Refund Policy

Conf.Me offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.
Refunds after 30 days are not guaranteed and may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime and reliability through cloud load balancing and clustering.
However, service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or external factors.
We are not liable for losses arising from downtime or technical issues.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Host illegal content or engage in unlawful activities.
  • Abuse, harass, or harm participants.
  • Interfere with platform performance or security.
  • Attempt to breach or circumvent security measures.
  • Use recordings or meeting content without appropriate consent, where required by law.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, designs, and materials associated with Conf.Me remain the
intellectual property of AstSer Integrated Solutions LLC.

You retain ownership of your:

  • Recordings
  • User data
  • Uploaded content

We do not claim rights over your meeting materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conf.Me is provided on an “as is” and
“as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages,
or loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or
relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the
preceding twelve (12) months.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update or modify features, pricing, or these Terms of Service at any time.
Changes will be posted on the website with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of Conf.Me following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States,
without regard to its conflict of law principles.
